With over 40 years of experience in financial services, Suzy is a seasoned expert in consulting on appraisal, lending, and regulatory matters. She has developed and delivered advanced training programs for top industry organizations like the American Bankers Association (ABA) and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC). Her leadership and deep knowledge of the industry make her an invaluable asset to Trusted Advisors GAP Services.

Candi Coleman, MAI
Managing Partner and Training Specialist
Candi brings over 25 years of expertise as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has served as a Chief Appraiser for multiple lending institutions, managing real estate risk and real estate-related compliance concerns. She has designed training programs for organizations such as the Risk Management Association (RMA), multiple lending institutions and both state and federal banking examiners focusing on valuation bias concerns, and the enhancement of real estate and valuation risk management.
